Armed with demographics, brand guides, and detailed creative briefs, Studio got to work. While elevations, curb appeal, and communities are important aspects of selling homes, we realized that life—our everyday milestones and moments—happen inside the home. We created “Your LIfe Happens Here,” an integrated campaign featuring five intimate, surprising scenarios such as a child’s first smash cake, friends playing cards, a pillow fight, baking with mom, and a pack of puppies (because who doesn’t love puppies?). We leveraged an extensive photo and video shoot across print, digital, outdoor, social, and website vehicles.
Pioneers: The Story of Kissing Tree
What would eventually become Studio’s largest client began as a simple request to fly a drone over Brookfield’s newest planned community, “Kissing Tree.” While we were happy to oblige, we had an idea (we never lack for them): What if we captured Brookfield employees, partners, and buyers (aka “Pioneers”) on film in a multi-layered project that told the story of how Kissing Tree was built, literally from the ground up? The result was a comprehensive hour-long, award-winning documentary.
Brookfield tapped Studio to brand an idea they brewed up: a coffee-based Realtor Outreach Program. We closed quickly on “Common Grounds,” developing the entire program from the grounds up.
